Greentree Manor is a 90 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care, physical occupational therapy and speech pathology to both short-term sub acute patients and long-term residents. These Service are delivered in a homelike environment of compassion and care. Quality Nursing Care Our experienced nursing personnel have developed a team approach to best meet the needs of our residents. All nursing staff participates in ongoing educational programs to keep up to date with the latest techniques of care giving for the elderly. Rehabilitation Services We provide in house, full-time rehab through the skill, experience and dedication of our staff. Our newly remodeled rehabilitation department is ready to meet the needs of both the short-term and long-term resident. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology are available 7days a week to improve the functioning of our residents. We also offer outpatient rehabilitation therapy.
